So, a man grabs a boy and marches him to his gate by the scruff of his neck it says on the news, but when he gets charged with assault the sherif let him off without charge. So, by that logic a kid of around the same age who is bothered by an old person can assault them and say that they were annoying them and that would make it ok? I thought the laws in a democracy apply to all and not just the convenient few?
